How I work
I don’t use the same method with everyone. Sometimes we need more structure. Sometimes it’s more about the relationship in the room. We’ll pick what fits you.
I’ve worked with anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, grief, identity questions, sleep trouble, anger, and that feeling that work or your relationships just aren’t working. If you’re not sure it “counts,” it still belongs here.
01
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
When thoughts are running the show, we look at them and try something that actually helps during the week.
02
Trauma-Focused CBT
For kids and teens carrying something painful. We go carefully, and we don’t rush the hard parts.
03
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Making room for hard feelings while still moving toward what matters to you.
04
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Parts of you that protect, parts that hurt. We get to know them instead of pushing them away.
05
Attachment-based therapy
How you learned to be with people still shows up. We pay attention to that.
06
Play therapy
Kids don’t always have the words. Play is often the easier way in.
