Virtual therapy · Licensed in Texas

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’m Rachel Kelley, a licensed counselor. I meet with kids, teens, adults, and older adults online — especially when life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck.

Insurance I currently list

Aetna, Ascension, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Providence Health Plan. Confirm yours on Headway when you book.

A session should feel like a real conversation.

You don’t need the right words. We’ll talk about what’s been hard, how it shows up now, and what might actually help during the week.

Talk the way you talk

No performance. If it’s messy, quiet, or all over the place at first, that’s okay.

Make sense of what’s going on

A lot of people know something’s off without knowing why. We’ll look at you, your relationships, and what’s still lingering.

Practice what helps

Talking matters. So does having something to try when stress shows up between sessions.

Individual therapy

Just you and me. We can go at your pace.

Child and adolescent therapy

For kids and teens. Sometimes that means talking. Sometimes play is the easier way in.

I’m in private practice on my own. Headway is how we check insurance and pick a time — not my employer. Confirm your plan there when you book.
